Unity Multicast Pvt. Ltd. is based in Solapur, Maharashtra, and we work in the mass housing segment. Nova Formwork material, which is fiber-cast, has been used by us for shear wall construction and below plinth work. The performance of the material has been consistent, and the quality has been quite good. Till now, we have achieved approximately 150 repetitions. Additionally, the material can be reworked up to around 70% compared to aluminium formwork. Overall, it is a better option for contractors working in mass housing schemes.

We successfully completed a 4.5-meter single cast using FRP Formwork with M60 SCC (Self-Compacting Concrete), fully adhering to the EFNARC Europe guidelines for mix design.

By controlling the concrete placement height at 1.5 meters using a funnel and hose, the product worked perfectly for high-performance engineering design. Nova FRP Formwork helped us eliminate two-stage and three-stage casting, significantly boosting productivity and effectively reducing casting time by 1.5 days per column.
