Nova Panels don’t just last long – they stay reliable. We assure 100+ uses and many have pushed them to 150+ pours with no trouble at all. With such uses, we support sustainability as it’s only the end. There’s more to it where we close the whole loop and re-starts the cycle.
At Nova, we are committed to promoting sustainability and supporting long-term customer value. Our journey doesn’t end after your purchase! Our Plastic Panel Exchange Program that allows customers to return used plastic panels but only at the time of purchasing new panels.
Under this program, eligible used panels can be exchanged for new ones at a fixed replacement rate, promoting recycling and responsible usage.
Exchange used panels at 25% of their area.
For every 4 sq. m of returned panels, receive 1 sq. m of new panels. This rate is fixed, regardless of panel condition or age.
Customers are fully responsible for all transportation costs and logistics, including freight, loading, unloading, and any incidental charges, for sending the used panels to Nova and receiving the replacement panels from NOVA.
· This program applies only to Nova plastic panels, excluding accessories like Tie Rods, Wallers, Props, Wing Nuts, and other supports.
· Only identifiable, partially usable panels are accepted; severely damaged or third-party panels are ineligible.
· Nova reserves the right to inspect and assess all returns before issuing new panels.
§ Nova may amend, suspend, or discontinue the program without prior notice.
§ All disputes are subject to Nova’s final decision
