Nova Aluminium
Formwork System

Cast Walls, Slabs, Columns & Beams as One
Monolithic Structure

Nova Aluminium Formwork is another panelised formwork system in which slab, beam, column, and wall can be cast in one go, making the unit a composite, monolithic structure with no cold joints between elements.

      Nova Aluminium Formwork System

Nova Aluminium Formwork is a hand-set, panelised formwork
system built from specially designed, pre-engineered, lightweight
aluminium forms. Because the panels are pre-engineered to the
project’s drawings, each piece has a fixed position on site, which
removes guesswork from assembly and keeps the crew moving at a
      predictable pace.

The system is purpose-built for rapid, repetitive construction such
as mass housing, high-rise residential towers, and other projects
      with repeating floor plates.

Because walls, columns, slabs, and beams are poured together as a
single composite unit, the structure has fewer construction joints,
better monolithic strength, and a floor-to-floor cycle that is
      significantly faster than conventional shuttering.

      How the System Works

      1. Aluminium wall, deck, and beam panels are erected in their pre-defined positions using the pin and wedge arrangement system, with no on-site cutting or welding
      2. Prop heads, mid beams, and end beams support the slab panels and transfer the load down to the props, which stay in place after the panels are stripped
      3. Concrete is poured for walls, columns, and slabs in a single, continuous operation
      4. Walls can be deshuttered in 16-24 hours; slabs are stripped after about three days, once the concrete has gained enough strength to support itself on the remaining props

      Where This System Is Used

Nova Aluminium Formwork is best suited to projects where the
same floor plate or unit repeats many times, since that repetition is
what lets the system deliver its full benefit in cycle time and cost:

      •      Mass housing and EWS/LIG projects with repetitive unit layouts

      •      High-rise and mid-rise residential towers

      •      Government and institutional housing schemes

      •      Hotels and hostels with repeating room modules

      •      Any project where floor cycle time and finish quality directly affect project cost

      Why Choose Nova Aluminium Formwork

      Patented, India-manufactured formwork system

Designed and built in India, which means shorter lead times and local technical support compared to imported systems.

      ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing

Every panel is produced under a certified quality management system, so dimensional accuracy stays consistent across large order quantities.

      On-site technical support

Certified engineers assist with the first few cycles on site, so your crew reaches full assembly speed faster.

15+ years of experience in Construction

Long-standing manufacturing expertise behind the system design, tooling, and quality control.

What This Means for Your Project

      • Faster floor cycles – walls out in 16–24 hours, slabs out in about three days, so more floors per month
      • Lower dependence on skilled labour and cranes, which helps on sites where either is in short supply
      • Fewer construction joints and a more monolithic structure, since walls, columns, and slabs are cast together
      • A consistent, plaster-ready finish that cuts down on rework and finishing time
      • A system built for at least 200 reuses, spreading formwork cost across the full project instead of a one-time expense

Walls can be deshuttered after 16-24 hours and slabs after about three days, depending on the concrete strength achieved. The props stay in place behind the slab even after the panels are stripped, which reduces the amount of formwork inventory you need to keep on site and speeds up handling between floors.
No. The aluminium panels have a high strength-to-weight ratio, so they are light enough to be carried and positioned by hand. This keeps the system crane-independent and avoids competing with other trades for crane time.
The components are built to last a minimum of 200 repetition cycles, which is what makes the system cost-effective on large or repetitive projects rather than a one-off build.
Shear walls, columns, core walls, slab, and beams can be cast together in a single pour cycle. This gives the structure fewer construction joints and reduces the number of days needed per slab cycle.
Projects with repeating floor plates or unit layouts — such as mass housing, EWS/LIG schemes, high-rise residential towers, and hotels — see the most benefit, since the fixed panel design and fast cycle time pay off most clearly over repetition.
No. Because assembly is based on a fixed pin-and-wedge arrangement with zero assembly error built into the panel design, the system can be erected and stripped by semi-skilled labour after basic training.

Steel formwork reduces speed, tires labour, and stretches the day.
