Nova Star Panels Built for
Adjustable Applications

Nova's system is anchored to previously cast concrete using Universal Climbing Cone 15.0 anchors. Once the concrete achieves the required strength, the formwork, platforms, and safety systems move together to the next level - enabling repeatable and controlled construction cycles of up to 6 m per pour.

Nova Formworks offers both crane-lifted and crane-independent climbing configurations. In standard configurations, the formwork can be set up and struck without a crane. The selection depends on project height, site conditions, and construction sequencing requirements.

Nova Climbing system is rated for 50 kN permitted vertical load and 75 kN permitted horizontal load on structure anchoring. Each climbing bracket supports 50 kN. Platform live loads are 150 kg/m² at the main working level, 300 kg/m² at the storage level, and 75 kg/m² at the lower access level.

The system supports walls from 190 mm upward. The 115 mm stop-anchor suits walls from 190 mm, the 160 mm stop-anchor from 240 mm, and the 400 mm stop-anchor for walls of 480 mm and above - covering the full range of typical RCC construction.
